Well I thought I had this problem licked but I guess not...
After breaking the original W arm on my 05 Rage three seasons ago and replacing it with a used one I noticed cracks in again it two seasons ago so I removed it and reinforced it.
Rode last year with the reinforced arm with no problems that I could see at my preseason inspection this Fall.
Today after washing the sled to put it up for the Summer I saw two cracks
Does anyone make an aftermarket arm that is stronger than stock? Cromoly, etc?
Should I just call it quits and throw an M10 under the sled?
Here is what I did to the arm to reinforce it two years ago...

I have had and currently have an M-10, all in Polaris, They are nice, but get back-end squirmy in powder coated trails. I put a ZX2 in my Apex and much preferred it to the M-10, also had hook-up and ski lift in addition to a comfortable ride.
In either case it's a lot of work and expense. I would fix or replace your current part and in either choice have some gussets welded where you are having failures. My opinion.
have a M20 on 07 attak never looking back.

How are the Mono's holding up on the Hill? If they are holding up good, consider replacing the original with a Mono and maybe even making it a 136 instead of a 121.
