antifreeze problem

hi guys i have a 2006 vk pro and everytime i drive it i can smell antifreeze when i stop there will be little bit on top of overflow bottle coming out of cap and no line is not plugged wondering if there is supposed to be a gasket under cap just bought machine any advice would be helpful thanks

there is a rubber bellows with a very small vent hole in it that fits in the cap, must be missing from yours!

Thanks for reply backcountry the rubber bellows is there and hole is not blocked I can blow through it no problem
