Any one heading to Cochrane area this weekend ?

Got up to Kap on Thursday night .Staying at the Advantage hotel .
Met up with 2 Polaris, great ,guys and rode with them on Friday .
Went to Constance Lake and back mostly on A.
Trails getting beat up but still great .
Going to ride the L trails around Hearst today .
Should be good .
This is SIDEWINDER COUNTRY FOR SURE !
If you are here , we probably passed each other on the trail .
All the trails from hornpayne, Hearst, kap, Cochrane, smooth rock and Timmins are all heaven for us 998 turbo guys (especially tuned:D.. ) best riding in Ontario..imo
All these northern towns take great pride in their trail systems and do a fantastic job keeping those hwy's smooth, well marked and wide
I didn't get out there this season but plan on spending some time up their next season for sure.

Be sure to do the L159
Rode 153 161, and 159 today .
They were great .
A was getting beat up but still some good sections .
A lot of the trails went yellow just now , but maybe due to water on the river crossings .

Anyone in Kap or Hearst and riding tomorrow ?
Looking to hook up for one last ride .

Haven't been to Canada in about a dozen years but you guys have me dreaming of those big trails up there on my tuned winder. Maybe talk my group into heading up there next year.

Even if you crossed at Port Huron and came to my area I could take you on a great run in this area to the West of Lake Huron.
Having said that the trails North of Timmins through Hearst really rock.

A few pics.

So I made it to Kap on Thursday night and rode for 3 days there and west to Hearst and beyond .
The Hearst loops were fantastic still on Sunday .
Stayed away from Cochrane , and was a good decision .
For the little extra trailering it was well worth it .
Going back there for sure next year, as you can always go back to Cochrane for a day ride , but you open up Hornpayne and beyond , of less travelled trails .
