Any simmons RX1 kits have cracking header?

Well, I broke down a TY members sled tonight (Deerlodge). 05 RX with one of Jeff's kits. No idea how many miles are on this header, but there's nothing wrong with it on close visual inspection. The motor on the other hand....

I'll find out approx. how many miles are on it when I talk to him in the am.

Mine did crack around 1200 miles, I had someone weld it up and add braceing. Hopefully it hold for a while.

I have never had mine crack in 2 seasons of riding. I made sure that I let the engine run awhile after a good hard trail ride. I also made sure to tape up all the old exhaust holes with aluminum tape so the snow was not getting directly on it. I have not had anything melt etc either. My style of riding is agressive trail.
