I heard their is a fellow named Lincoln that has changed the attack angle on the '03s to be better by drilling some holes or something in a skid bracket. Anyone know of this fix? Have there been any threads on how to do this? Thanks.

Aaron

ya there was a thread on it.. I had it done and it stopped my wheeling problem with turbo.

Lincoln. Does this help get the front end up in powder or to keep it down turboed? Am looking for a better powder ride out of the ProAction skid. Thanks for replying.

Aaron

It fixes the problem of a heavy front end, makes the machine feel like it's lighter ,easier to steer, sidehills better, makes it work much better in the deep pow.Linc

Searched for "5 inch riser fits perfect" no luck. I remember seeing the post a long time ago. I didn't know it makes the front end feel lighter....Now I am interested.

I am interested in trying this out....looks easy enough. I was just checking things out under the tunnel. Is there enough clearance between the track and the exhaust (also the rear heat exchanger) after doing this mod.

Has anyone rubbed the 2" lugs on the exhaust or rear heat exchanger when taking a big jump after dropping the suspension in the tunnel?

By the way, is the MPI transfer kit necessary for this mod to really shine? We don't get all that much powder here so a coupled suspension is necessary.

We haven't used the MPi kit with mod, doesn't seem to need it.We just did one for a customer and he said the difference was like having a new machine.
