Okay Thrusted V, I will go for it!!! Although I won't have time to do it for a while since my time is extremely limited, but I will the first chance I get.

It takes about an hour in the shop.So you shouldn't have too much trouble.Let me know how it works out.
Drilled the holes, moved the bolts and just came back from a test run. The sled feels alot lighter in the front I can't believe it. Glad I tried it.
I'll be going a nice ride tomorrow to really try it out.

Hey Linc
Is this mod done on my sled? The white RX that you built?

I met the owner of Holz last weekend in the Callaghan parking lot, He had a Polaris 440 race chasis with a 660 in it and every light weight Holz part around. He long tracked it and it looks killer. He also had a couple other cool sleds all Holz 'ed out. Nice guy...He said he would re-coat my A-arms for free as the coating was pealing off.

Ya, Mark's a pretty stand up guy.

Lincoln, What is the distance you recommend drilling the hole above the stock hole? I know too much and my under tunnel exhaust will take a beating, too little and I won't get the benefits.

Old yeah but still the best (and cheapest) thing you can do to the stock rear suspension.....

On the dropdown bracket I drilled the hole the same distance apart from the other two holes. Same goes for the front bracket.
The only thing you should look out for is the side of the track rubbing on your drop down bracket bolt. Mine rubbed since the track dropped down and I burned off 4 lugs.

Stiff,
Check the link as previously posted and scroll down. You will see the front and rear brackets with the third holes drilled on the top of the stock two.

Don't know how to do it in clickable form.
