Anyone Have This Happen??

All 4 of of the tabs snaped off,and the radiator hitting against the reverse linkage. My ziptie groomit set-up has more miles on it than the orig. and is holding up better. SAD

Check all the rivets that connect anything to the toe holds and radiator. I had the rad mount crack as well. Noticed it last spring and got it fixed over the summer (Yam covered it). However I did notice that all of the rivets in the toe hold support bracket were loose. May not be the main cause of failure but deffinently won't help the cause. I had a slight issue last year and the sled was on it's side (rad side) for about 10ft, there was no visible damage but I thought that was why the rad mount cracked but it looks like I'm not the only one.

I most likely would have never noticed this until something major happened. Sure enough, I checked last night and it is broke.

Just went out and looked at mine...outboard tab is broken.
I only noticed two tabs on top ..guess I gota look for the thrid one.

Found the bottom one broke as well.

Next queston..if I take it out to have it fixed will I have to bleed the cooling system of air?

Dont worry about bleeding it. Fill it up, warm it up, and top off. Then after your first ride, top it off again.
