I unplugged my annoying reverse beeper. Would that cause my temperature light to go on?

NO, but it will cause you to face plan when you forget it's in reverse and you punch it.

I did that before on an old skandic, forgot I had it in revese after moving in off the trailer.
Bang face plant into the pavement. and once you hit the gas the monument will cause you to gas it more.
A Buddie of mine shut off his sled in reverse and I noticed it, I then asked him to race , he started the sled up and I went 1....2....3... and sure enough he nailed it flying backwards

Guess you mean "momentum"; because a monument would probably cause an abrupt stop. (LOL)

I unplugged mine in my attak. I had no other consequences except for being able to back up in silence. That beeper is way too loud.

It would probably be easier to find if it made some type of noise.
