I am very interested in the SRX secondary though. Has anyone else tried this or direct me to someone who has. I have a 98 SRX and would not mind trying this. Any shims needed or just slap it on. I played with my stock Phazer clutch last year and I have wheelied so hard it put wolverine like claw marks from my studs in the tunnel. I can send pics if you don't beleive me. Im also added a BOV more to extend the life of the charger, not so much to prevent leaks.

Not to Hijack the thread, but anyone else find the GEMS controller a bit incosistant? Anyone have any settings for 1000 feet that are working well for them?
I had gems on my supercharged Nytro and only had to set altitude once a day. The Phazer with dual GEMS seems I am always playing with it. Only real complaint though

Do a search, plenty of people have the roller secondary on the Phazer.

I have an 07 Phazer 151x2.25x14.5 with the MPI supercharger running 10psi on 110 at sea level. I just bought it this fall and am barely scratching the surface of getting it tuned in. I see some talk of putting a blow off valve on the system, what does that accomplish? And I too seem to be constantly having to mess with the GEMS controlers, also having trouble getting the prologger to work properly all the time.

I took me a while but I finally got teh GEMs to settle in with no adjustments. I also installed the BOV. The BOV gives you two things..........great sound when you let off the throttle (haha), but I installed it to increase the logevity of the supercharger. When you let off the throttle and the plates shut there is no where for the pressurized air to go. The BOV releases it to the atomsphere to allow the pressure in the piping and intake box to drop and also does not push back on the charger. I actually cracked my airbox at the front bolt I think because of this. Since there is virtually no lag with a charger, dumping all the air to the atmosphere is not a big deal.
907 you should put in a head shim as well. You lose a bit of HP but I can run on 91 now.
Also if you want, I can send you my GEMs setting this fall when i fire the sled back up. But they might not match as I am not running 110.

I also have a 09 with a MPI charger on it and any gems settings would be of great help we are mostly Michigan riders but do have a trip to Togwotee planed for December so low and high settings would be a big help
