Apex 2011 MCX 290 to fat

It's found on Apex 2011- and newer turbo kits.
The sensor can only tolerate vacuum, pressure will make it go crazy, that's why the one-way-valve is placed in front of the sensor. The older Apex 2008 model year turbo kits does not have this valve thus not found in the sketch as shown above.

Not all of them run a map that is perfect for their riding area. Minor adjustments to the boost and fuel map wakes up the motor. An AFR meter will tell you the truth. (MCX Display Unit as well)

I have 06 gt with the 290kit. So my mapsensor is fine under pressure at 1.0-1.2Bar? My Afr numbers is fine. Run à AEM wideband

I also have an 06 and no issues with the stock map sensor under boost.
You mentioned it's too fat but then state your AFR are fine.
If that is true then maybe it's not the engine at all, possible clutching? That could make it feel like the engine isn't pulling like it should, hits a wall and stops accelerating. Could be coil binding on a spring, etc...

have not said a word about that mine were running fat, i was asking about the back-valve.

You probebly are thinking on StigApex

The 2011 uses a different hose diagram , the map sensor does not tee in to boost line ! It has to have a check valve !! Or it will run pig rich !!

See RXRIDERS post above !!!
