Apex Bender Turbo

Just purchased a used Bender stage II kit and need install instructions. Got RX inst. but need Apex. Need instructions on how to set the Boss Noss TFI gen III controller.

I have new one that will make sled run alot better then Bender setup and clean up bottom trail riding and no need to adjust.

Here are instructions I got from Bender when I got it:

TO SET UP FUEL MANAGER ON APEX TURBO KITS:
START SLED – SEE LIGHTS RUN BACK AND FORTH AFTER THEY STOP SEE SINGLE LIGHT BLINK.
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
**USE (+) & (-) BUTTONS TO MOVE BLINKING LIGHT TO CORRESPONDING NUMBERS**
MOVE GREEN LIGHT TO #1 (IDLE/LIGHT THROTTLE)
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
MOVE YELLOW LIGHT TO #2 (MIDRANGE)
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
MOVE RED LIGHT TO #5 (WOT)
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
MOVE YELLOW/ BLUE LIGHTS TO #6 (BOOST ADD FUEL)
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
MOVE ORANGE/BLUE LIGHTS TO #5 (RPM MIDRANGE)
PRESS MODE BUTTON ONCE –
MOVE RED/BLUE LIGHT TO #2-#3(BOTH 2&3 LIGHT UP) (RPM WOT)
PRESS MODE ONCE MORE
FINISHED


But I found these settings to be too rich on low load conditions. And they are Ok only to 8 psi, if you go higher, you need to up the BOOST ADD FUEL setting.

I was to 8 on the boost add fuel at 12psi boost. (almost maximising the stock fuel pump/injectors)


I don't remember the other settings I were at last time though.

C'mon guys, there has got to be someone out there with Bender Apex instructions. Any help would be greatly appeciated. Just want the install to be professional and safe. Dokter C and I are working together to make this project a success.

It looks like you have what you need...the RX instructions will get the kit installed and Mulot's has a good startup setting for the fuel box sooooo..is the seat off yet?????

Really the only issue is the fuel pump installation/location. Maybe someone has some thoughts on that.

Or maybe since you have the RX instructions....and I have and RX.........hmmm....ah well I've always said stock is best.
