Hi guys, I’m working on my 06 apex, 3400 miles, I have put in new injectors, new pressure regulator, can’t figure out why on the number 3 injector it still dumps fuel in the throttle bodies and floods the motor, motor ran before I did exhaust donuts, now it won’t start. Installed a new battery which is fully charged, no codes coming up either. Not sure where else to look. Any ideas?

If it's not the injector itself it must be something telling it to stay on like the ECU or a wiring issue. Maybe you disturbed or pinched a wire during the exhaust donut job? Also just go through all the wiring connection points open and inspect, clean, and reconnect.
I would suspect the ECU. It grounds each injector to fire.

Swap injector with another cylinder and see if problem follows.

Yes I did, that’s why I’m tending to believe a faulty ground wire or ecu. I am in the process of installing a used wiring harness thay my friend and I just today removed from a running sled. That way I will definitely know if it’s electrical, and I also have his ecu to try with the new harness, it’s off from an 07, mine is an 06 which after searching, I believe they are interchangeable up to 2009 or 2010. I should know shortly. Also, grabbed his throttle bodies and injectors. We drove his sled into the garage before removing everything, so I know his wiring harness and ecu are good. I will know later tonight. Hopefully this works correctly.Did you not state that you already installed new injectors?
