apex GT shock rubbing?

sobfrogg, do you really know how to align a mower deck. This is not a joke. I am a very good wrench, but even with the owner’s manual in hand, I can't figure out how to balance the side to side on my 42" Arins YT15G rider. I have it tilted back 1/2" like they want but no matter what I do, I have a 1/2" drop on the opposite side from the discharge chute. Do you have any tips? Sorry to hijack this post. Doug

We had the same prep problem at a local dealer here.I worked there as a salesman for 2 years and the bikes and sleds were not prepped properly,I was doing the track tension and ski alinment myself on the front porch of the dealer before my customers picked there sleds up which caused the dealer to ask why.I told them I want sleds I sold to be ready to ride when they pick them up,a week later the warehouse stopped prepping the sleds and they would go to the techs to prep...still double checked my sales though.
