I have the apex handle bar mirrors. I attached some pictures of them. I went over the handlebars after hitting a culvert and broke the plastic mount at the bottom. I have been unable to find just the mount without buying the entire $100 kit. Any suggestions on this or does anyone have any take offs or one sitting around? Its just a small plastic piece and these are true yamaha OEM handlebar mirrors.

I think there is a metal nytro piece you can buy. Then the piece doesn't break the mirror bends. I am not sure what the part number is but it was for the Nytro mirror. I got one last year.

Anyone have a part # for the mirror brackets that bolt directly onto the handlbars? That would work too.
I have a couple of spares. I made my own, I didnt like the OE plastic. Let me know how to get it to you.

You made your own? How? I'm not overly impressed with those plastic pieces either...plus they are the most expensive part of the mirror kits.

If the ends of the mirrors are threaded, try doing away with the plastic pieces and tapping a threaded hole in the aluminum bracket.
I just did this last night mounting the cheap Yamaha mirrors on to a power madd hand guard bracket. Easy to do if you have the right tap, I believe it was a M10 x 1.25.

I say (LMAO), throw the mirrors away; instead of looking in the mirrors watch where you're going and don't run into anything else.

Re: mirror mounts
Do you have more information on these mounts? Just what I am looking for as you can fit many different types on motorcycle mirrors to the sled.
