There's something I don't understand...
When you maximise injector's duty cycle, I can't imagine how you can go any further.
I would need an explanation for this one.

Pluse width
Pure Logic help us out a great deal on building these for our kits.
6.4 ms pluse width will get us over 300 HP, high boost box has 12 ms pluse width and can run 20% more then boon box plus we are not RPM base!!
Load base and use all stock inputs from ECU so box knows when changes in alitude, temperature etc.
Install box and comes preset for light settings and I can make it so that guys can't play or set it up for small adjustments and we also have boxes with Nos. programed in for what ever customers want.
How good is it to have sled running at 9000RPM and box doesn't know if it is wide open throttle or 1/4 ?? End of motor if on the edge!!
There is lots to learn about EFI and how EFI motor doesn't need vaccum like carb motor plus cam timming is key!
Everyone wants to have the best and things are always changing for the better we hope.
Competition makes me build better product and keep me on my toes!!
Erick at MC-xpress is the guy that started this fourstroke sled turbo thing and lots of guys think they can just throw on a turbo and make these sleds run!!
I give credit to anyone who makes them run good and everyday because it's not easy.
It's always easy to pick apart something after it's built and make improvements.
Japan prove that years ago!!
Hope you can always beat your buddies and make him buy ya a beer afterwards!
Safe sledding and great form to learn how to change your buddies shorts from green or yellow to Yamaha BLUE

Re: Pluse width
I don't know what boon box are you talking....
but the one I just got has a fuel table based on throttle position and rpm.
Also has fuel vs boost vs throttle position...
Maybe last year they did not have this back then?
By the way
12ms is a bit more than 100% injector open time at 10500rpm according to my calculations! I tune my efi cars my self during summer and I would not go over 85% on injectors.....
that is just my 2 cents

I never go over 80% duty on injectors.

Note I go 85% on my cars because they are not daily drivers so they don't need long time reliability.
of course the 80% rule must be observed when tuning a daily driver!
