Apex keeps dying

I have an 06 apex and when I took it for a ride last night it kept shutting off. One time it was just idling the other times I was usally off the gas ( coasting down a hill). Just the engine shuts off the dash is still on. It starts right up after it dies. I have an Hauck fuel accerator on it could this be doing something?

I used to run a Hauck fuel controller a couple Apexes ago. It may be running to rich or to lean. Adjust you fuel during idle. Also your plugs my be in poor shape, are you runing 9 or 10eks? 10eks burn colder and are tempermental at times at the wrong fuel settings...

Check the wires to the key. Could have a open wire hitting matel.

running 10ek how do I know if its running rich or lean? It seems to be runnig awesome way better than last year with the accerator.

Why do you have the fuel acc. Do you have an aftermkt exhaust and the air box mod? To rich and your sled will bog during acceleration and even stall when off the throttle quickly at wot. To lean to long to bad, lol. To lean and you will hear pop/back fire through the exhaust. At idle, does the motor struggle to stay on or are the revs high?

FYI, Hauck usually has the starting numbers/settings way to rich so they do not assume the risk of running your motor to lean..

have hauck exhaust and ram air and sometimes it does idle low maybe I should turn it up?
