My 09 GT just started doing this also... only when it is warm. It started after I put Ulmers air box, and pc3 and ignition moduel in, ( not blaming him) No pinched hoses, so Idon't know WTF is going on!

Page 11 of the RXW10L Manual
throttle body sync, if your playing with the 4 small screws on top of ficv (iac)
engine must be running and fully warmed up (10 minutes)
there is 4 rubber vacuum caps one on each throttle body.
you sync everything to number 1 cylinder
make sure rpm is 1500 rpm
use a vacuum guage on #1 spec is 27.3kpa-205mmHg. or 8.0708 inhg
if necassary adjust air screw#1 till in spec then continue across moving guage to next cylinder and adjust so it's the same as #1 and so on
when complete readjust rpm if required.

Thanks
Tried to use homemade manometer (gravity method) and it simply sucked the fluid up immediately upon starting sled. Assuming this means one throttle body way off?
If I take all the vacuum caps off the sled runs great...put them on and sled runs like crap.
Where can I can a vacuum gauge?

To use a water manometer it would have to be 135" high. 10" of mercury = 135" of water. Get a gauge from your auto parts store.

Can I just use a single gauge or do I need one that hooks up to all 4 throttle bodies at once? Local store has a single one for $30.

You can use a single, just have to keep moving it. Run through one and adjust, and then again to double check.

Ok, got the vac gauge and at idle the needle bounces around erratically and I can't get a reading. What gives?

if so i bet you have a vacum leak.
could be the root of all your problems.

Idle smooth at cold start up, when sled gets warm idles down to 900rpm, can move idle adjustment black knob several turns before idle begins to increase. If I change the idle when at 900rpm to 1500rpm its way too high when I restart the sled.
If I take all 4 black caps off the throttle bodies sled runs fine?

900 is okay for a warm sled maybe a tad bit low id shoot for 1000 rpm but if it is smooth at 900 id leave her there. if i recall properly Kinger had a vaccum leak in a very hard to find spot that gave him alott of trouble maybe pm him and ask if he has any insight.
