Apex Limp Mode Causes

What are the causes for an Apex (2011) to go into limp mode - with the TORS bypassed?

Low oil pressure will trigger limp mode on the 11+ motor. Gauge would display Low oP as well if that was the case.

Speedometer sensor will cause it as well. Mimics TORS. Typically caused by a bad driveshaft bearing.
