Like been said harness on clutch side you have to cut it open feel down harness you will feel a thicker part open harness there there will be many wires going to one prob green and broke seen it many times

Found it! the black connector for the kill switch at the bottom of the steering post was stuck together because one of the pins melted inside and lost connection. I don't know why it melted, but it is fixed now. I cut the ends off the black connector, bypassing it and soldered together.
