Apex MPI problems-need help

the on position, I'm going to have to check the starter relay

Something sounds a little loopy there...I have not had a look but I don't think the starter relay should even be getting power unless the key is in the starter position. If it's getting power in withthe key in the on position/ not start, then maybe some crossed wiring.

Starter relay or solenoid stuck closed possibly!
