APEX Mtn Oil Breather?

I am wondering about new Apex mtn sled. Does it still have oil vent breather into the airbox just like 05 Warrior? I am concerned because when you tip the sled to the left side and the oil seeping into the airbox. that is what happened with my new Warrior and I was surprised to see that. Now I am thinking about new Apex Mtn sled but first need to know, does engine with FI still have same problem if you tip the sled to the left? What if I go boondocking and tipped far to the left? Did Yamaha fix this problem with 06 sleds?

YES THEY CHANGED THE BREATHER ON THE CRANKCASE.IT HAS A BIG CHAMBER BEFORE THE BREATHER VENT.

Oh that is wonderful!! Now I am leaning toward more to get Apex Mtn instead of M7. Thank you Yamaha to change it for better.
