I was able to get the boondocker controller almost installed. I need to figure out how to get it powered. I may be wrong but I ran the "injector Harness" to the coils above the plugs. It looked like those were the only plugs/connectors this would work with. I would think this is supposed to be installed between the injectors. Does anyone have pictures of this.
I was also able to get the rear skid out and everything tore down as far as I need to go.
A couple questions here:
How low in the tunnel can I mount the charge tube?
How in the hell do I get the charge tube through the tunnel around the gas tank and about the belt shroud. It is really tight. I know I can start hacking stuff out of the way but didn't know if anyone had any great ideas.

This weekend I'll have pictures and update... Been collecting metal and parts lately. Hopefully progress is made soon.
We got about 6" of snow. Hopefully more soon.

update 12/16/12
Work was done yesterday on the sled. I as able to get the vacuum lines ran, intake plenum almost built, and the turbo mounted. Took a while to the the pipe welded up but it worked well in the end. I used some steel angle iron to support the turbo for now. I will probably get something a little more clean looking once I get some time to draw it up out of 10 gauge and get bent at the correct angles. You can see these supports in the pictures and are red in color.
The intake plenum is built out of .062 aluminum. We only welded the 5 sides because I didn't get the aluminum tube for the ports. It was supposed to arrive by thursday, and still haven't received it. I am planning on putting the BOV on the opposite end of the plenum from the charge tube connection.
Can anyone tell me that may be reading this if you installed the stock intake air temp sensor into the intake plenum or intercooler? Or what to do with the stock sensor since it throws an error code not being hooked up.
I also got the boondocker controller hooked up. it was kind of a pain in the #*$&@ getting the plugs off from the injectors because it is a finger pincher but worked out. The vacuum lines were a piece of cake. I tee'd all the lines on the throttle body together before going to the pressure sending unit to the controller and the boost gauge. See pictures below, the blue silicone lines are the new lines.
What does everyone use for hose clamps on the throttle body? I had to use some really small wire because I couldn't get a clamp in that tight space.
See pictures and let me know if you have questions or comments.

nice job, I did not install the IAT sensor in the charge box in my Nytro. I have seen it both ways. I have not tried it with it in so take it for what its worth.
I just left the sensor in and tied it to the chassis

here are some more pictures. I put my supply oil line in. And the intake plenum is done but not installed. Hopefully this week sometime I can get some charge tube ran and some the plenum installed. Need to get some fittings for the oil return.

Was able to get more done tonight. Installed the tunnel charge tube and tube through the frame up to the top of the engine. Also, finished the oil supply fitting and teed in the oil return line above the oil tank. Hooked the intake plenum up for fitment, looks good, although I might shorten up the couplers between the fuel rail and the plenum. Who wants to bet i'm going to be screwed in the tunnel because my charge tube sticks down too far? I need to come up with some tunnel protectors in there so the track hits that instead of the charge tubing.
Here are some updated pictures.

To add. I am planning on wrapping the exhaust with header wrap. Anyone have any kind they think works the best? I don't want to buy something only for it to disintegrate after the first ride and burn through my charge tube.
Anyone able to measure or know the distance your charge tube can stick down inside for the tunnel to clear. It sure would save me the hassle of trying to install the skid just to check that dimension.
Anyone know or have pictures of an oil reservoir underneath the turbo. I'll probably use some 1x1 tubing, weld the ends shut and weld in a splicer tube between the turbo and the reservoir. Then I can just tap a 1/4" npt hole in the end of the tube and that will be my oil return.
Hopefully I can get some the oil everything done by the first of the year so I can start it up and make sure everything seams to be working well.
Questions, comments, ideas? All's welcome here.

Are you not going to weld tubes for the IAC to the plenum? Mcx leaves the intake air sensor in free air - they do not install it in the turbo pluming. Nice work

I guess it shouldn't really matter if I do or don't install the sensor? I might just do it because I have room. I have to take the plenum off to install the battery and change the oil anyway so I might just drill and install the sensor to be done with it.
What are your thoughts on the charge tube?

I would weld on two small aluminium tubes on the plenum for the IAC. I would just remove the air temp sensor from OEM air box and install in back in the eletrical harness. Zip tie it so it does not bounce around. If you look at most ic and plenums for the rx-1 and apex they will have some kind of collector in front of the ic cord or plenum so air is blown straight at the butterflies and not across. That way pressure is "evenly" delivered to each cylinder. Go to powderlites webpage - plenty of good pics.
Here are pics of the mcx apex ic with the two small tubes for the IAC welded in the plenum. You can see the two small rubber hoses attached to the alu tubes. Hope it helps you understand what I mean
Keep up the good work

Got everything back together tonight. Sled runs, turbo spins, massive oil bypass in the turbo coming out the exhaust. Need to put in an oriface.
