Ok Boys here's a new one---Soo I had my sled out last night and everything worked fine---today I turned the key and let the fuel pump circulate and turned the ignition and "click" is the noise I got. Now after some monkeying around I just turned the key without leting the fuel pump circulate and on it came!!! Now I ran it around the yard for a while and then it sat for about 4 hours and when i when't to start it again it happened again--but again I turned the key without the fuel pump cycle and on it came again!!! what am I looking at here????

check the starter solenoid. if its making a clicking sound when you turn the key thats probably the sound you hear. Its located by the battery and are known to wear out.
