Today Stone88 and the Legend put stone's apex on the tar. It will have a 100 shot of gas with a 128 firecat suspension. Hopefully we will get out in a week. Here's some pictures.

what are you running for times?

I haven,t even been out with the sled yet and it look's like I wont be able to get out until esta so I,m not expecting miracles as I dont have all the parts I need so I guess I will just play with suspension for the first couple of times out.

We are thinking of going to nyirp on friday night to test a nd tune because I "WILL" need it.

I bought about 3 feet of chain at home depot along with 4 each 5/16th nuts, bolts, and washers. Wrap the chain around the upper suspension on the bar that the big upper rear wheels bolts to and put one of the bolts through the chain. Then, let the remaiing chain hang down to the bottom rail. Drill a 5/16th's hole in the bottom rail, slide a 5/16th bolt through the hole. Then, have the heaviest guy tou know stand on the bumper to get it bottomed out. Slide the chain link over the bolt and install nut, or locknut to hold it in place. Do this on each side. You actually only need about 10-12 inches of chain for each side. (You may have to cut off the excess chain links when done. I used bolt cutters to do so)

Once done, compress the front end of the track, unbolt the bottom bolts of your limiter strap. Lay a 4"X4" piece of lumber under the front of the track to compress it. Then, reinstall the limiter strap in the top set of holes butted right up to where the top limiter strap bolts are.

If this does not help, let me know and I will take some pictures.
