Anyone used a apex Snow flap on a Sidewinder? I just fucked my own one and I liked the one in my apex.

Not an Apex flap, but I put on a Nytro snow flap. The stock hard POS flap is worthless on a mountain sled. Prevents you from accessing the bumper to lift once its dug in or in a tree swell. The tail light is just as stupid and in the way. So I installed the Lincoln County Customs tail light relocation kit, the Nytro snow flap freeing up the rear bumper and bam. Problem solved.

If you are looking to replace the stock one. I have a Black one new replaced before I picked up the sled, and a Blue one I removed after learning how worthless it was. Ill be out of state hunting the next few weeks but I have a lot of new take off Winder parts.

Sent you a PM Rob.

PM'ed ya back. If you hold out until my hunting is complete and get back, you can have it.

If I wanted to use SS(Stainless Steal) Bolts and nylon lock nuts to secure a new (stock) Snowflap, anybody know what size bolts to use on the upper 4 on the outside/top?

I know I’ll need two rivets underneath to secure to grab-bar/bumper, but wondering about the 4 on the outside/top side.

Nytro flap it's the same as apex. I will order one as it's going on a btx so I will I will use the rear bumper lol. Got any pic? Also any more info for the tail light relocation kit?

Interested in the tail light also

Im not good at resizing to post here. But if it works you can see the stock flap and Tail Light taking up the space between tunnel and bumper where you'd need to put ur hands when stuck. Stock snow flap is worthless for mountain or deep powder riding. My sled spends a lot of time wheeling bending the stock flap out and besides looking stupid sticking out the rivets come loose.
Not a great pic of the tail light relocation but you can def see it moved forward on the tunnel. Lincoln County Customs in Alpine WY, sells the kits.
