Istalled mcx 315 runs great when driving but no idle
Cheked throttle wires
No stopvalve to mapsensor eletric im wating on it from mcx
Tried with a car stopvalve to mapsensor no difference

Any advice ? :o|

You have no error codes ? Mapsensor give code 13 and 14. If I have boost pressure at the mapsensor it gives code 13. Do you have af reading ? Have you checked all vacuum / pressure hoses ?

No codes
Works fine from 2000 rpm i think? Havent tried one earlier
Idle now 1500 and wobbling up and down could it be fuel pressure higher with mcx pump or cam timing wrong

I dont think cam timing is the problem. The vacuumhose to the fuel regulator is a possible problem. What af readings di you have when idle , heated engine

Afr: 11:9-12:3
Map :57
Lamb :081
Idle moves between :1500-1700 rpm
Checked the house to the regulator
Everything new

Have had som friends that installed the new resistor from mcx "voltbegränsare" between the mapsensor and the ecu they said that problems solved! will check it out when back home.

Did you check valve clearance when installing the turbo kit? The engine will not idle if the valve clearance is below the minimum specification.

I only cheked that the valve play wasent to big (valve shim on place because it worked fine before) The sled have now total of 800 km on it
The idle stumbles sometimes 1600 -1700 but when hitting the throttle works fine from 5000 rpm but on idle somtimes stop, feels rich stumbles a bit in the beginning maby co, when cold start starts on the 3 try when hot a little throttle helps

Yes he gave me some advises
Quick response from mcx as allways
Working on it now, will be back

Cam chain tensioner not ejected ! Idle Problem solved! when you push it in and turn you have to lock it with a lock ring inside the tensioner when you put it back, and to realese turn the engine mine had not realesed when i turned the engine but the chain havent jumped, not enough room
