I have an 08 apex mtn with a mcx 290 turbo on it and a 174" 2.5 camo extreme I ride mostly trees and deep snow no trail I geared from a 20 40 to a 18 40 on a stock chain with reverse took it out last weekend to mcbride it was fantastic very liitle turbo lag and still had lot's of top end no complaints here but I will be changing my chain anually.
