Apex/Vector brake interchange

Does anybody know if the rotor and pads are the same for a 2017 Apex and 2017 Vector? The part #s are the same for both, The 3 digit suffix at the beginning are different tho. Apex rotor- 8GL-2581T-00-00 Vector rotor-8FA-2581T-00-00 Apex pads-8FU-W0046-01-00 Vector pads-8FA-W0046-01-00. Im fairly sure they are the same, whats throwing me off is that they are different prices. Thanks
