Apex vs F7

i hit 115 out of the box. up to 120mph with 880 miles on my sled. I would think all apexs should hit 115 at least. I have run SEVERAL runs on radar with 3 seperate guns.
seen several f-7's runing 109-114mph stock? on ice

I think we should clarify something here.

We're talking stock or lightly modded F-7's compared to Apex. The Apex will outperform them. We're well aware that when you start talking modding by people who know what they're doing things get into the gray area.

This was the point in my post..

If a modiffied sled with a lighter rider cant beat me.. a stock one definitly shouldnt..

there are good running F7s and bad running F7s.... good running apex's and bad running apex's.. You cant guarantee anything.. The 03 f7s had more HP but not as good as cluthing as the 05s..

P.S. ive never seen better than 109 on my dreammeter on the snow (not ice)

F7 is junk!!!

Hi Guys,

I had and 04' F6 sno pro and it was quick. I broke the tunnel in half doing normal riding. The rivets that hold the rear suspension in stretched and let go. I own a 06'apex gt and no-one passed me last season. Bone stock and 144 studs. it only has 600 miles on it too. wait til it breaks in and i get it dialed in.

As far as racing I believe its all set-up. As far ride Until I bought my gt I had been riding cat since 74 and last sled was 04 f7. All I know there is no comparison in ride and will be on yamaha for a long time. My wife was so impressed with the ride she bought a 07 vector and is no longer riding cat either. Just my opinion.
