Just wondering if anybody has done any calcalations yet? I've been running in loose snow conditions and geting between 10-12 mpg. I'm hoping these numbers will get better!

I havent measured mine yet... but soo far not good... I only rode 27 mile the other night and burned almost a HALF A TANK..

It should be in the 14-16 range ... maybe the FI is set for rich untill a certain milage!

ATTAK: 800 km on it got at the end:

18.1 MPG
at 2000 feet elevation,
-10 celcius,
aggressive riding.
Semi hard trails and 4 inchs snow over groomed trails
(39 litres for 250 km exactly)

RASH

Attak 14+ while breaking in the motor first 200 miles.. ;)!

I burned about 1/3 tank in 25 miles. Whats that about 8 mpg? It was about the same as a 700 polaris I rode with. I also have a stumble when you nail it. Goes away above 6k rpms. If you throttle up slowly its fine.

How can you possibly check mileage this way? You have to fill the tank and run it down almost the whole way, then check mileage against gallons used. WTF

I would wait until atleast 500 miles before you start calculating fuel milage.

I checked mine after 250 miles of break in. I was riding around on a large lake. Not alot of fast stuff. Super mileage a bit over 18 mpg. I think the mileage is getting better with more miles. Peak rpm is up to 10,000 now. Started out at 9,500. It takes over 1000 miles to break these tight engines in so don't worry. Give them a good break in and than check the mileage. Don't rely on the gauge to measure your mileage. Go by how much actual gas you put in since your last FILL. My Attak has never once stumbled. Runs perfect. Still tight but getting better every 100 miles.

If any of you are like me the mileage is bound to suck! This motor is so awesome I cant stay out of the throttle. Its going to take a while for my to settle down and ride this thing in a civilized manner. :)

You guys won't notice good mileage till that motor breaks in properlly. It will run better every time you ride it. Once you pass 1000 miles it will lossen up real well and it will run at a more consistant level. ;)!
