With the skis off the ground the spec is 70 psi. Run 55 psi for lower cg / flatter cornering. Max allowable is 150. It's all in the owner's manual that should have been supplied when you bought it.
Never check the pressure with weight on the skis!

I started out at 70lbs, but have dropped to 55. Never bottoms at all, and the ride seems even plusher. IMO this is by far the best money that I've spent on any high dollar accessory in years. These things work!!

Have mine set 50-55psi, works great. Read somewhere the 13mm bar and 50psi is very nice.

i'm running 30lb's, no ill effects just better handling(tons better handling than where i started @ 60lb). I did ? fox, they said run as low as you want (within reason). I might try 25 lb yet
