Has anyone modified their 137 Viper ? Sidewinder with the Aux fuel tank and trunk found on the 146 ?
Is it even possible?
I know people will say "just add a Roto-Pak, but I like the fit & finish not to mention the added storage.
According to Snowmobile.com the lengths of the 137 & 146 are the same at 125 inches.
Any info ad or parts needed list would be appreciated.
I also posted this o the Sidewinder forum.

Might Want to look at Powder Keg .....looks similar to the Yamaha package but allows you to pour gas in anybody's sled Gives you detachable storage and detachable fuel ....3.8 gals I think ....I have one and like it . I can remove the gas tank and only use the storage box ...if I want . Hard blow molded plastic ....https://powderkegllc.com/

I have the POWDERKEG unit on my 18 VIPER LTX-DX 137. You can add the 3 gallon gas can that fits under the storage unit, and interlocks the 2 pieces together. Unit maintains a low profile that is about same height as seat. It mounts with very good latch kit, secured to tunnel. The website is POWDERKEGLLC.COM. They are in Washington state. I ride Quebec all winter, and this is the nicest, and most ridged setup I've ever had. Two piece unit costs 415.00 plus freight. Storage unit alone is 275.00
