Back Pack Trip in the UP

I am planning a trip for 12 guys this year but I wanted to try a different route I have not done before so I need some advice please.

Drop at Three lakes Motel in Michigamme Wed Night
Head out to Peterson Cottages in Ontonogan Thursday Morning (200mi??)
Hit the Porcupine Mountains and then head over to Dapple Grey in Copper Harbor Friday (175mi??)
Head back to Three Lakes Motel in Michigamme Saturday (175mi??)

There are a couple older guys in the group and they do not ride fast so we usually break up in a couple groups and just set meeting points for food. Has anybody made a similar trip and are the distances pretty close? I don't want to get these guys into a 250-300 run in one day and kill them. Not for this crew anyway...
