I can see the pics,
will the plates fit 2014 RTX? How much testing have you done and how much do the plates weigh?

I will weigh one this week and post weight.

I've done several fit ups before finalizing the design. It took 3 different designs til I got the fit up right.

I am interested in one too , but how does it compare to the oem skid plate size and thickness? If same coverage and protection I'll order one, but also curious if shims instead of old plates might cause an issue if oem goes overtop.

If you look at my previous posts with pics you will find plates that I marked "a" and "b". These are the stock removable plates on the underside and they are about 1/16" thick. When installing my plate, which is 3/16" thick you remove the plates a and b plates. The shims riveted to my 3/16" plate take the place of the A and B plates. My plate is not meant to be used with other skid plates. Hope this answers your questions.
