my battery went dead this summer in strorage,as i forgot to put trickle charger on. so i put it on trickle charger for couple weeks and put it back in sled and was fine. now after sitting for 2 weeks its dead again. Can this battery be used and be reliable again?

It's probably toast, but I you have access to an Optimate or similar charger that can desulfate and revive it you MAY be able to get it back. On the other hand, the cost of the battery and the consequence's of it dieing while out on a trip may not be worth the risk. $115.00 for the OEM.

I have in the past had the same issues with my 4Wheelers. Ive had good luck and bad luck sometimes it lasted months and sometimes days, but that was in the summer temps. Finally i got tired of boosting and just replaced it. The battery for the Nytro shouldnt be anymore than $100.00. If i was you i would replace it and then its one last thing you have to worry about and it will be less downtime when the snow finally gets here.

I have the same issue and am just going to replace it. Going with a smaller lighter one too can cut upto seven pounds. The mountain guys have been doing this with pretty good luck so far.

Remember it's hard to push start a Nytro.

Good choice and piece of mind for under a 100 bucks....
