Any one going to battle on the bay next Saturday?

I was thinking about it as I know a lot of people that will be there, but there is a snowmobile drag race on Chute Pond and will probably go there.

kviper - Heard about the radar run on East Alaska Lake which was 700ft. compared to 1000ft at Battle on the bay. I was doing the same thing, testing for world series.

Ended up seizing 2 cylinders as my cool down messed up and took all the water out of the engine. It ran all the way down and shut off just past the finsh line. torn apart now and will be ready for Friday. 1st and 2nd yesterday 700 mod and 800 mod class.

Ah! Good luck and bad. We had a tough day with good luck in the end. A boost controller line came off (probably not tightened when putting new motor back in) and we had huge boost on first pass with big wheelie at about 300'. He had to get out of it twice and still pulled 137MPH. It blew the carb's off motor and intercooler apart between Turbo and cooler. Finally got thing's calmed down with a 141MPH and out of gear by 600'. We had fastest speed till Buckbee's last pull of the day at 143 on there new OSP Viper. We have more boost available now that motor has some time on it. We have high hopes for the series! Sounds like you will be there?

Yes, will definitley be at the World Series Ice Drags. Engine should be back together tonight. Our whole group will be there.

Sounds good hope to see you there!

kviper, fired up my sled last night, all brand new again.

Our team will have 4 Vmax 4's (full body), 1 Vmax 600, 1 open mod 500 Vmax, 1 open mod SRX700 and an open mod Vmax 4 which you won't believe. The chassis was just finish painted last week and as of last night, is 80% put together.

Just look for all the black sleds

You have quite the crew!
And I am a fan of the V Max-4 as i had a 92, so I will definitely need to look u up!
