Hey guys,
Bought an 08 Nytro 40th last year. mbrp muffler/ypipe and Team secondary. Near the end of the season I ended up blowing a belt and ever since I installed the new one it has a really high pitch squeal. I've sanded down the sides of the clutch but it didn't do anything. Think it might actually be out of alignment but not sure if I need to adjust the clutch or if the motor mounts shifted. I don't really know to much about this and have never had to shim a clutch. Any suggestions?
Here is a pic

I want to order the Ulmer racing centre to centre tool but they are out of stock for at least another 10 weeks. Riding season will pretty much be finished by then.
Thanks
Rocky

Your new belt is squealing because it is a little shorter than your old belt. Your clutch alignment/offset likely hasn't changed. You need to loosen your belt tension slightly. I believe it is the 3/8" jam nut and allen head screw on the secondary (I can just barely see it on the secondary in your picture), loosen the jam nut slightly and turn the screw in slightly until it no longer squeals.
