I have my nytro stripped at the moment giving it a good going over with some new goodies etc. I notice that the belt has some wear but not cooked yet BUT! My wifes phazer has a brand new belt hanging in the shed is it the same belt? I have fitted it and it looks fine but want to make sure before the snow comes. Thankyou in advance

i belive they are different but not sure, check the parts catalog on yamahas website. should get u the part numbers to see if they match.

They are Different belts, 8DN is the correct one. I think the phazer is 8ES ?

I'am running the 8GS(phazer belt) on my apex for just a little more length
(5mm) to help belt deflection a bit and it measures just a little wider to make a smoother engagement. OOPS... just let out a little secret. Wish they had even longer options as I think thier belts are all somewhat on the short side for setting up clutching the right way.
