Mounts in existing holes in subframe with the hardware that comes with it. I have the short skid plate on mine.

Ok, I'm a little bit worried just because I used to have the OEM skid plate on there as well that had you drill through the stock holes.

Body clips with nuts built into them clip over the tabs on frame where original skid plate mounts. If your holes in your subframe are oversized quit a bit you can always get them welded closed and redrill them. The instructions on mtn tech skid plate has you drilling out holes to 3/8 in.
