Tonight when I was backing a new 06 Nytro off my trailer it was all I could to to get it to back up. Its a drive on / off Triton and I could only get it to back up when I wasn't on it. While my Warrior backs right off of it. I remember when I initially picked the sled up we were loading in on to a tilt bed and it wouldn't grab. This thing should spin the hell out of the track but it just doesn't seem to be delivering the power. Just seems to be burning the belt. Ideas? Thanks

I don't suppose you forgot to disengage the parking brake? Everybody who does that feels really stupid after figuring it out, but we've ALL done it. Its probably THE most common cause for what you're describing.
If you burned your belt, you will definitely be needing to replace it, otherwise it will shake like all hell when you ride it.

I have done that before but not this time. I checked a few times. I dont think the belt is too bad. But you can smell the rubber a bit. Its not much different then the Warrior when I am backing it up slowly. The big thing is I can pin the throttle in reverse and the motor loads and the sled tries to move but it doesn't spin the track

Lift it up and try to spin it by hand to see where its sticking. And if you pinned it without it moving, your belt is DEFINITELY fried.

New Sled? = New Sharp Carbides!
I hear this a lot with new sleds and a lot of the time it's because the New Sharp Carbides are hanging up on the wooden trailer deck..
Used carbides aren't as sharp and slide easily..
Maybe this could be your problem..
