Can anyone check when they are doing there oil change and see if the gap between the upper and lower tubular frame that is on each side of the airbox is equal?
Mine has a differance of 5mm. Does this mean somthing is bent or are there just sloppy tolerances?

Can you post a pic?Otherwise just unbolt the frame if bent the boltholes wont line up.When straight they will line up with holes in castings perfectly.

i dont think it indicates its bent, just that the fabricator has variation in the stub end.

Maybe slight variance but not much.It will be obvious if its bent. The frame should slide right on with the mounts just clearing and holes within a 1/8in.Those castings have the boltholes located on a CNC I would bet.Should be well within .005in I bet.Frame is made in a jig shouldnt very to much.Any variance puts stress on the casting also.
