I got into an accident last year and am putting the track suspension back together now after replacing some parts that were bent. I just noticed that the right side main frame has a slight upward bend at the rear. The rear 18" or so is bent upward about 1/8"-1/4". The other frame is perfectly straight. Should I be consered about this and try and straighten it or just put it all back together.

I would say either straighten the rail or replace the rail. Useing a bent rail will not let you align the track properly. This will cause excesive wear on the track, suspension wheels and will set a twist into your tunnel.
