TY 4 Stroke Master
As most of you know, I had a 2005 RX-1 on Snow Check. I am self-employed and I recently made a tough descision to expand my business... so financially speaking, riding a new sled would not be a viable option for me this year (and possibly next year).
I had a set of Bergstrom Skegs (carbide runners) that I bought in the summer from Scott Bergstrom. I liked these things alot...they drastically reduced my darting on my 2003 and I was going to put them on my 2005. I took them out of the package and put them in my tool box to have ready for when I needed them. Now that I don't need them I was going to sell them here on the board but I forgot which ones I had ordered and how much I had paid for them. So I called Scott and told him that I wouldn't be needing them and before I could explain why he asked if I wanted to return them...? I was shocked :shock:...I wasn't calling for that but he offered to refund my $$ without question! Now that's customer service!!!
These things are great and now I know that the man behind them is also a great guy! Something to be said about that....for sure! If you guys are needing carbides check out this site...they are by far the best priced, toughest and ugliest
carbides I ever used...that's why I went back. 
I just thought that service like this needs to be recognized...

I'll second Wonder's assesment of Scott Bergstrom. I also bought a set off him and have had a few phone conversations with him about the different options.
Actually taked to him today about a problem with my Triple point carbides and my new '05. I mentioned that I was going to the Syracuse show and he said to just bring them along and he'd answer my questions and address any "fit" problems there.
He seems like a really great individual and obviously goes out of his way to help customers/ non-customers alike.
Definetely a company I would reccommend doing buisiness with.

Hey Fella's, I live 15 miles from his shop. You won't find a better person in the industry than Scott! I have used his products for many years and have had 1 problem. I broke a stud when installing a bar and he not only replaced the bar, he rewelded the stud and gave me my slightly used bar back. I could tell many stories just like this one, but don't need to waste space. If you need GOOD product and GREAT service, he is the guy to deal with. If you have any questions call him, good luck gettin of the phone !! He is VERY passionate about his business and our sport.

I use them and my buddy use them. I would not use anybody elses carbide runner. He has a good product and customer service is, as stated above, is GREAT.
It is sad when we are all so happy about something that every company should, GREAT customer service.
