To adjust rebound damping? I cant seem to get it to budge,Someone help please. Thanks!

I took a flat screw driver and used it to help with turning the rebound adjustment. I wasn't a hack about it though, I held the bar part of the srew driver in my hand and pulled it in the groove. I know I am not explaining myself right, but I think you get the point. I found once it came loose I was able to turn it by hand (although still tricky).

No tool here, but using a finger or two with both hands in there I was able to rock it "back & forth" a bit to loosen it up. Then it moved easier, but still plenty stiff, even at 50 degrees in the shop........

Has anyone pulled it out of the skid and tried turning it then. Mine turns but it is tricky
