got some parts coming to put together a big k&n style air filter with an internal bellmouth. Anyone have anything similar or done anything like this with turbo trail sleds in the past? I know they're a popular setup with the huge boost drag sleds but this will be on a trail sled, just hoping to get a lot of the efficiency back out of the system at 10-12 pounds. Sleds at 9.5 hp/psi of boost at 230 hp, wanna get it to 10 hp/psi or better without huge expense.

So it comes with the Velocity Stack? If so the Velocity Stacks work. There are formulas out there for getting the correct size and radius.

Yes getting the velocity stack as well. Not quite as much room under there as I'd hoped but going to be fitting a 5" long by 5" wide round filter in there with the bellmouth velocity stack. More than likely eliminating the big rubber 90 degree hose and fitting direct to the turbo with just a short rubber boot. May work great, may not work at all..we shall see.
