I see the Apex bearings are molded in. What options do I have to replace them?

Thanks Joe

If the wheel is still in good shape, on the 5", you should be able to remove the seal and put new grease in there. If the wheel is trashed, I believe the replacements from yamaha all have replaceable bearings.

or any of the aftermarket wheels that fit those locations.

No the bearing were never greased and seals are no good. I see the bearings are molded in the idler boogies. Need all 6 boogies and looking for a cheap replacement.

Yamaha offers the updated spoke style wheels ( 5' and 7") that have replaceable bearings. Kimpex also has a for replacement wheel.
Pictured here are the Yamaha wheels.
