I love the fact you can take all you stock exahust off, and keep you stock tank! And keep the heat off the belt side! Where was this kit last year!! :)

looks like it will work, I don,t see anything thats much different than whats out there, except the wieght is farhter forward which isn,t good. the header isn,t supporting all the wieght of the turbo that may help with the cracking issue, all the heat down in the side may be a problem with melting side panel, extra break heat, and its got to be adding some heat to the coolant line running next to it, I don,t see any wieght savings my down tube is about the same lenth dumping into the front of my tunnel, stock fuel tank is a plus.can you fit a bigger turbo in there if needed and its always needed. easyier access to turbo if repairs are needed, my biggest issue would be all the wieght forward these things are front heavy as it is.

First off...welcome to the site Scott...and Rocky.

Lots of choices for the HP junkies.........it's all good.

Like it a lot!. The first time i looked at a 03 rx-1 this is where i wanted
to mount it... But i intended to use a aerocharger... too bad they are
gone :( The only problem i see with that new installation is oil drainage
from the turbine bearing side. Turbo co. usualy advise to mount them
with the shaft horizontal , or almost.
The reverse linkage i solved with a solenoid activating it! electric reverse...
I prefer heat on a sidepanel instead of dashboard and fueltank :D

side mount turbo

It doesn't look like there's much room for an air cleaner in there. I think it'll suck a little snow dust in that side vent without one , Ken.
