Your turbo shield is going to crack if you don't put a doubler on it....this was mine without doubler.

My turbo has a solid bar that goes between the two bolts to support the sheet metal.

I have 2 small plates left over that I could not find instructions for. This must be what you're talking about, do the over or under the heat shield? One for each set of bolts in the shield?

According to my dealer my kit didn't come with it...maybe something MPI added later...who knows? Think they are around $7 from MPI...that's about $100 Canadian once you pay for shipping and exchange...HA!

Where did you order the wideband 2 from? The supplier I've been using says the wideband 2 is not available

Everything that I have put on my sled I have gotten from Allen ulmer. He put me on to using this set up I'm glad I took his advice

Yap. Same here with the pcv.
