Allen. I can't seem to find my paper that came with your clutch kit kids prob got it lol. Think my target rpm is 8800 ??? Also with the 1/1 s/c pully (28-28) I should be around 7 pounds of boost to watch for correct ??

That is where I have my boost gauge tapped into the IC and would rather have it where you put yours. I always see boost but like Ulmer said its not true boost that the TB see. You will see boost when the sled is moving. I can get mine to blip at idle but usually never full boost unless I am riding it. I also don't rev it to 10K on a stand either though.

S/C. You won't make anything with turbo. That question has been pounded hard on here

Is there a bleed screw on the gauge to zero it while sled isn't running? My gauge wasn't working right on my turbo till I zeroed it

Target RPM is 8800 to 9200 (the harder you spin it the more boost it'll make), generally with 1:1 pulleys you should see 7 lbs.

Is 7 pounds ok at sea level with premium gas. I don't have the evo flash to pull timing.

You're good with that, that's about the most you want to run though.
