I know this is not 4 stroke question but i have a 2001 srx with a boss noss system. With the 30 hp shot it works fine and the micro manager is out about 2 turns any farther turned out and the motor bogs from excessive fuel which is working properly. My problem is the 60 hp shot i have the micro manager turned all the way out at 11 turns and i am still unable to make the motor bog from to much fuel. Does this sound like low fuel pressure or what seems to be the problem.

Not too familiar with the Boss system, but check your lines to see if there is any obstructions that would decrease flow. Just a thought.

we did a 75 hp wet kit in a viper 4 years ago and had to put an external electric pump on it to feed the system.it worked great.

Yes its low fuel pressure. I've been screwing with my boss sytem two seasons just got it to work some what well. carquest makes a fuel pump that runs around 2.5 to 5 psi I wired it in . And make sure you bleed the fuel lines shut off nos and hold till you have good fuel pressure. I'm at 100 hp shot . it was running out of fuel. And you also have to get a bigger soilnoid after 60 shot I think they were 150 bucks . I talk to boss yesterday the tech guys are in stergas for bike week but they have come out with injectors that have fuel pump built in and he says there as small as your finger. He says he will call me with price. Well hope this helps
